2. Refund Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. After 14 days, refunds are not available unless otherwise required by law.

3. Self-Guided Programmes

Refund eligible if:

  • Requested within 14 days of purchase
  • You have not accessed or downloaded the materials substantially
  • You have not completed modules or accessed restricted content

Not refundable if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have downloaded or substantially accessed the materials
  • The refund period has expired

4. Guided Programmes & Coaching

Refund eligible if:

  • Requested within 7 days of purchase and before the first session begins
  • No coaching sessions have been attended
  • The programme has not commenced

Not refundable if:

  • The refund window has passed
  • One or more coaching sessions have been completed
  • Cancellation is requested after the programme has started
  • You have accessed coaching materials or guidance

5. Consulting Sessions

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancelled 7+ days before session: Full refund (minus any processing fees)
  • Cancelled 2–6 days before session: 50% refund
  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before session: Non-refundable; credit toward future session offered
  • No-show (without prior notice): Non-refundable; must rebook and pay full amount

6. Introduction Calls

Free introduction calls (£0) are non-refundable as no payment is collected. Cancellations should be made via email at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Processing Refunds

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund is returned to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times may take an additional 3–5 business days
  • You will receive confirmation of your refund via email

8. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Brief explanation (2–3 sentences)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

9. Special Circumstances

Medical or Personal Emergency: If you cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer exceptions to standard refund windows. Contact us with supporting details, and we'll consider your situation individually.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing purchased materials, we'll resolve the issue free of charge. Refunds are not automatic; we'll work to restore access first.

10. Exemptions (Non-Refundable)

The following are non-refundable regardless of circumstance:

  • Downloadable materials after access
  • Completed consulting sessions
  • No-shows without prior notice
  • Cancellations requested after the stated eligibility period

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Consumers have a right to reject goods or services deemed not of satisfactory quality. 13. Credit Towards Future Services

Instead of a refund, you may request a credit toward future programmes or services. Credits are valid for 12 months from issue and are non-transferable.

14. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If paid by card, the refund appears as a credit to your card statement. Processing times vary by bank (3–5 business days typical). If you don't see the refund after 7 days, contact your bank; if still unresolved, email us for confirmation of processing.
